We're taking over Frame Kings Cross with ROWBOTS, led by Chris SantaMaria @_chrissantamaria - yes, Madonna's personal trainer! A rare chance to train with him, and it's happening in an intimate members-only setting.

The Machine Room brings a 50-minute full-body circuit: strength, cardio, and varied rowing intervals designed to build confidence and leave self-doubt at the door. This is ROWBOTS' signature Switch On. Let loose, feel free, walk out buzzing.
