Elevate your week with a class designed to boost energy, increase flexibility, and bring a deep sense of calm to your mind, body, and soul.

Join Tomi Kufel for a beginner friendly 60-minute fusion of tai chi, yoga, and breathwork, all rooted in the ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong. Over 2,000 years of tradition, creating a truly holistic experience.

After class, we’ll head to The Ministry bar or nearby for a relaxed post-class social to connect, unwind, and celebrate your practice.
