Join the TRYBZ crew for a Saturday workout at TheWeekending in Bethnal Green.

We're teaming up with founder and head trainer Fabio Pozzetto for a full-body strength and conditioning session. Expect a programmed workout, a good sweat and the chance to get to know the people training alongside you.

Come for the workout, stay for a catch-up. You're welcome to join us for an optional shake or coffee nearby afterwards.
