An online resource community for postpartum & new moms who are looking for encouragement, resources, mental health education (y más) during the early seasons of madrehood.

As a mental health educator, therapist & new momma myself, I created this community with our collective care in mind. That’s why this community includes:
-organized resource library, including recommendations, education, conversations with "The Village" & more!
-a 10 week “Grounded in Postpartum & New Motherhood” workbook & video series
-quarterly(ish) pláticas (conversations) around a wellness or mental health topic.
-Virtual community cafecitos (on zoom) to connect & check in (next one starts mid-June)
-access to monthly events hosted by Johanna Lee
& more ALL focused on your mental health in this season. I hope you remember that you deserve to be well, rested, nourished and cared for too.

Want to learn more about your community host & co-madre? Visit connectwithjlee.com or https://www.instagram.com/millennialtheramom

PS: You may especially benefit from this space if you (like me!) are a recovering or current high achiever, people-pleaser, first-gen-er, daughter of immigrants, eldest daughter, helping professional, conflict avoider, highly sensitive momma &/or anyone else who has struggled with asking for help, making mistakes, anxiety &/or slowing down. If this is you, I see you & you (and your inner nina) deserve compassion, support, rest & wellness too! <3 Welcome!
