Levi Saada is a Jerusalem-based somatic therapist working with individuals and groups in Israel and internationally. His work helps people reconnect to their bodies, understand unconscious patterns, and create grounded psychological, relational, and spiritual transformation.

Drawing from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, and breathwork, Levi creates spaces that are depth-oriented, emotionally honest, and deeply embodied. Breathwork is one of several tools he uses to help people access deeper layers of themselves and move toward real integration.

Alongside his one-on-one work, Levi leads workshops, retreats, breathwork journeys, and therapeutic group processes. He is also the founder of Hineni, a Jerusalem-based healing community creating spaces for prayer, connection, and inner work.

When he’s not facilitating, you’ll likely find him playing guitar, cooking big pots of soup for friends, exploring nature, or geeking out over psychology and therapeutic frameworks.
