Luna & Raven's Haven offers a book entitled “Conversations (I Never Had) With Luna and Other Stories,' and a coaching service, Head and Heart Hope and Healing Haven.

“Conversations (I Never Had) With Luna and Other Stories” is a collection of poems and short stories (part memoir) I've written whilst going through depression.  It explores all the discussions or talks we long to have with ourselves and share with other people and the ever-constant moon. It This book will hopefully engage the reader to go on a journey of words and feel all kinds of different emotions, and make them reflect about life. 

Additionally, if you're seeking guidance and support on your path to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, Head and Heart Hope and Healing Haven offers coaching services tailored to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve holistic personal fulfillment. I am here for people who are struggling with mental health and life in general, and need someone to make them feel valid, valued, loved.
