🔒 Payment & Policies

1. Membership & Billing Policy

Membership payments are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.
All membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. Free Trials/ Discounts

If a trial or promotional offer is provided renewal will occur automatically at the once the trial ends . There for by signing up , you agree  to be charged once the trial period ends, unless you cancelled in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the community and all member benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment has been processed.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times. During this period, your account access may be paused.
If a valid charge is disputed (including auto-renewals that were not canceled in time) and marked as fraud, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and restrict access to future services.
False fraud claims are taken seriously and may be reported to relevant payment providers for review.

5. Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital content, private community access, and emotional support services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for unused membership time, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel before billing. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or verified system errors, at our discretion.

6. Pricing Changes:
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of this experience, pricing may be adjusted in the future. Active members will always receive a minimum of seven days’ notice before any changes take effect.
