I’m Sheri Gauthier, and I founded Sync for Women because I realized the wellness industry is failing midlife women. Most 'experts' are still pushing the 'eat less, move more' model to a body that has fundamentally shifted its internal communication. After 25 years in global leadership and 21 years in clinical oncology, I know that when the stakes are high, you don’t need a generic diet—you need precision.
